AI-generated observations are automated descriptions of submitted evidence and may contain errors, omit relevant details, or misinterpret an image or other material. They are not inspections, diagnoses, expert opinions, or independently verified facts. Review and edit AI observations before approving them, and approve an observation only when you believe it accurately reflects information you can support.
No causation, code, or severity determination
Unless supported by separate material from an appropriate qualified professional that you choose to upload, HavenDossier does not determine why damage occurred, whether a condition is dangerous, whether work complies with or violates a building code, law, contract, warranty, or professional standard, how severe a condition is, or who is responsible.
No legal, insurance, or professional advice
HavenDossier does not provide legal, engineering, inspection, contracting, medical, insurance, or other professional advice. It does not predict legal outcomes, determine warranty rights, interpret insurance coverage, establish damages or liability, or guarantee that a report will be accepted by a builder, contractor, insurer, attorney, regulator, court, or other party.
Evidence integrity and reports
HavenDossier can store, organize, and present uploaded records and associated account information, but use of the service alone does not prove that an item is authentic, complete, accurate, unaltered before upload, or admissible in a legal or administrative proceeding. A HavenDossier report organizes information supplied or approved by you; it does not independently authenticate that information. Preserve original files, source records, receipts, communications, and other original evidence when they may matter.

You are responsible for reviewing the information in your HavenDossier record and deciding whether and how to rely on or share it. If an AI observation, caption, date, description, or other entry is inaccurate or unsupported, correct it or do not approve or use it.
